Controller

Zephyrsand Interactive FZ-LLC, Building 4, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, determines the purposes and means of processing visitor data on gamblerschoice.net. Send any request concerning your data to [email protected].

Data that reaches us

  • Connection data. Pages are served through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network. For each request it handles your IP address, the user-agent string of your browser and the URL requested.
  • Cookies. Our domain places two cookies on any page you open and two further ones when you use an operator link. Names, purposes and lifetimes are set out in the cookie policy.
  • Email. Writing to us shares your address and the contents of your message.

Registration, comments and newsletters do not exist on GamblersChoice, so no reader profiles are kept here. Tracking scripts from ad networks or analytics vendors are not embedded in our pages.

Purposes

Connection data is needed to deliver pages and to fend off abusive traffic. Cookie data lets us tally visits and credit a referral when a reader moves from our site to a casino — the basis on which affiliate commission is calculated. Emails are read and kept only so that we can reply.

Recipients

Cloudflare handles connection data as our service provider. Following an operator link passes that casino a referral reference, which it uses to connect the new customer to our agreement; beyond that hand-off, the casino's privacy notice governs. We sell no visitor data.

Retention

The lifetime of each cookie appears in the cookie policy. Emails stay in our mailbox while a matter is being dealt with and for a sensible time afterwards, in case it resurfaces.

Rights and complaints

Email [email protected] to ask what we store on you, or to get it corrected or erased. Cookies can be refused or removed through your browser settings without breaking any page. Canadian residents who are unhappy with our answer can raise the matter with the federal Privacy Commissioner.

Minors

GamblersChoice addresses grown-up readers who have reached their province's gambling age, which is 19 except in three provinces — Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec — where 18 suffices. Data from younger visitors is not knowingly gathered.

Revisions

Each amendment to this notice is reflected in the revision date printed at the top.
